Fees

Fees for the Direct Learning Individual Dyslexia Program (Programme) are as follows:

Registration
You may register/enroll for the Direct Learning Individual Dyslexia Program (Programme) at any time throughout the year.

Secure ordering
The cost of the Direct Learning Individual Dyslexia Program (Programme) includes the costs of all the materials, postage, administrative costs, emails and assessment of your course Assignments. There are no other costs. You may order your Program materials by credit or debit card through our secure server link. This secure transaction is carried out by SECPay, who maintain the highest levels of data encryption protected by firewall technology.

Your Program materials will be mailed/posted to you within 48 hours of our receiving your order. Delivery times vary from one country to another, but you should allow up to fourteen days. We guarantee to replace your Program materials if the packet should be lost or damaged in the mail/post.

Can I pay by check/cheque or Banker's Order?
Payment by check/cheque, Banker's Order, International Money Order or International Postal Order is accepted, and there is a form on which you can type your details. You can then print it out and send it to us with your check/cheque. (If you do not have a printer, please copy the information onto a sheet of paper - clearly printed - and send it with your check/cheque.) Processing your payment by check/cheque will take a little longer (7 to 21 days) and costs slightly more for some currencies. Payment for the Program is not accepted in installments.

Receipt
A receipt is provided upon request, after payment of the Program fees.

Program materials
All the Program materials are included in the fee, and there are no other costs.

Telephoning us
Unfortunately, as we cover the whole world and all time zones, we do not have the financial resources to maintain a 24-hour telephone response service while maintaining our Program fees at an affordable level. However, if you have a question, the email service is extremely fast, and we always do our best to answer incoming emails within 24 hours.

Confidentiality
No mention is made of dyslexia on the pack in which your Program materials are sent to you.

Advice and support in following years
The program gives you advice and support from an experienced Teacher Adviser for twelve months from when you start. If you wish to continue to receive advice and support for another year or years, you may renew your Program here.

First language not English?
Your child's first language should be English, and a satisfactory command of the English language is necessary to take the Program.
